Is the service free?
Yes. There is no charge for designing a custom EMIS Web search.
How long does it take?
Turnaround depends on complexity but typically 1-2 business days.
Can you revise a search after we receive it?
Yes. Email us with what to change and we will keep revising the search until it does what you need.
Do you need patient-identifiable data?
No. Criteria only.
Do you need access to our EMIS Web system?
No, we design your search using our own credentials.
Are you an NHS organisation?
No. We are an independent service for practices that use EMIS Web.
Do you store any data?
No, all emails are deleted after 30 days.
